Farervold (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates Bead Reveal:Color Puzzle (the “App”), a casual puzzle game available for Android devices through Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App or contact us. The App is intended for a general audience of all ages, which may include children.
The App does not require registration or login and does not provide user accounts. Information collected automatically through third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) is generally associated with pseudonymous device or app installation identifiers rather than a registered user profile. These identifiers and associated information may nevertheless constitute personal information under applicable law; they are not necessarily anonymous.
Farervold is responsible for the processing described in this policy, except where a third-party provider independently determines how it processes information.

1. Information We Collect
Information collected automatically
Subject to age-related restrictions, your privacy settings, and applicable consent requirements, third-party SDKs integrated into the App may collect:
• Device and technical information, such as IP address, device model, operating system, language, and app version.
• App installation identifiers, such as Firebase App Instance IDs or other SDK-generated identifiers.
• Google Advertising ID (“GAID,” also known as Android Advertising ID or “AAID”), only for users established as eligible for advertising identifier processing and where legally permitted.
• Usage information, such as session duration, feature interactions, level activity, and gameplay events.
• Diagnostic information, such as crash reports, error logs, and performance data.
• Advertising information, such as ad impressions and interactions.
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address.
We do not access, collect, or transmit GAID for children or users whose age is unknown. Other identifiers and SDK data collection for these users are limited as described in Sections 3 and 8.
Information you provide when contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. This information is separate from the App’s automatic SDK data collection.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information, where permitted, to:
• Operate and maintain the App.
• Understand basic app functionality and improve stability.
• Diagnose crashes and resolve technical issues.
• Display permitted advertisements and measure their delivery.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Respond to support requests and privacy requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.
For eligible older users, we may also use information for usage analytics and personalized advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.
We do not use children’s personal information, including persistent identifiers, to build behavioral profiles or deliver personalized advertising. The same advertising restrictions apply to users whose age is unknown.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App integrates the following services, subject to the restrictions in this policy:
• Google AdMob, for advertising.
• Google Analytics for Firebase, for app analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and diagnostics.
These providers may collect information directly through their SDKs. Their collection must be restricted according to the user’s age category, applicable law, and consent settings. SDK functionality that cannot operate consistently with these restrictions is disabled for the affected users.
Children and users of unknown age
For children and users whose age is unknown:
• We show only age-appropriate contextual or non-personalized advertisements.
• We disable advertising identifier collection and transmission, including GAID.
• We do not permit interest-based advertising, remarketing, or cross-app behavioral tracking.
• We do not collect or disclose personal information for advertising profiles.
• We use only advertising SDK versions self-certified under the Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program.
• Any limited information needed for contextual ad delivery, security, or fraud prevention is processed only where legally permitted.
Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that no information is processed. Limited technical information may still be needed to deliver an advertisement or prevent fraud, subject to children’s privacy restrictions.
Eligible older users
Personalized advertising may be enabled only after the user has been established as eligible through an appropriate neutral age-screening process and any required consent has been obtained. Where eligibility or consent is absent, the applicable restricted advertising settings remain in place.

Third-party privacy policies do not replace our responsibility to comply with applicable requirements for information collected through the App.
4. How We Share Information
We may disclose information:
• To service providers supporting permitted app operations, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and support.
• To comply with applicable law, a court order, or another valid legal request.
• To investigate fraud or security incidents or protect users’ safety and legal rights.
• In connection with a transfer of the App or its operations, subject to applicable privacy protections.
• At your request or with legally valid consent.
We limit disclosures involving children and users of unknown age to purposes permitted under the protections described in this policy. We do not sell or share their personal information for behavioral advertising.
Some providers process information on our behalf; others may act as independent controllers for particular processing activities.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), United Kingdom data protection law, or similar requirements apply, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for each processing activity:
• Contract, where processing is necessary to provide a service you request and a valid contractual basis applies.
• Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security and resolving technical issues, only where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent, where required for advertising, analytics, or access to information on your device.
• Legal obligations, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
We give particular weight to children’s rights and interests. Legitimate interests do not replace consent where consent is legally required.
Where processing requires a child’s consent and the child is below the applicable age of digital consent, we obtain the required authorization from a parent or legal guardian before proceeding. If that authorization is unavailable, the processing is not enabled.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
Retention depends on the information involved, the relevant SDK settings, operational needs, unresolved support requests, and legal obligations. Third-party providers may also apply retention periods to information they process independently.
Children’s personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the permitted purpose for which it was collected and is not retained indefinitely.
When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it irreversibly anonymous.
7. Your Choices and Rights
No user accounts
The App has no registration or login system. We therefore cannot locate app usage records through an account name or login email address.
Data access and deletion requests
To request access to or deletion of information associated with your device or installation, email malenemikkelarit@gmail.com and provide the applicable identifier, if available:
• Your device’s GAID, if it was used by the App; or
• A relevant app installation identifier, such as a Firebase App Instance ID.
Provide only an identifier relevant to the records you want us to locate. Your email address alone will generally not identify SDK records.
Do not enable, restore, or create an advertising identifier solely to submit a request. For children and users of unknown age, GAID is not collected and is not required. A parent or guardian may contact us for assistance using an available, permitted installation identifier instead.
We may request limited additional information to verify your authority and locate relevant records. If an identifier is unavailable, has changed, or cannot be linked to accessible records, we will explain the limitation and assist where reasonably possible.
Where relevant information is held by an SDK provider, we will use available provider mechanisms or assist you in directing your request to that provider, as appropriate.
Privacy controls and uninstalling
You may manage available advertising and privacy settings through your Android device and any privacy controls provided in the App.
Uninstalling the App stops further local data collection and further collection by SDKs embedded in that installation. It does not automatically delete information already collected or stop lawful processing of existing records by relevant providers. It also does not control data collection independently performed by Google Play or other apps.
Depending on applicable law, your rights may include:
• Access, correction, and deletion.
• Data portability.
• Restriction of or objection to processing.
• Withdrawal of consent.
• Opting out of targeted advertising or legally defined sale or sharing.
• Complaining to a competent data protection authority.
For eligible older users, certain advertising disclosures may constitute “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws, even without payment.
We respond within applicable legal deadlines and do not discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.
8. Children’s Privacy
Bead Reveal:Color Puzzle is intended for a general audience of all ages, including a mixed audience of children and older users.
We comply with applicable children’s privacy requirements, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), the GDPR provisions concerning children often referred to as “GDPR-K,” and Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements.
We apply child-protective processing when we know a user is under 13, or below another applicable age threshold under local law. Where the relevant age threshold differs by processing activity or jurisdiction, we apply the appropriate requirement.
Users whose age is unknown receive the same advertising protections as children. Before enabling processing restricted to older users, we use a neutral age screen or another legally appropriate age-assurance method. We do not encourage users to misrepresent their age.
For children:
• We do not collect personal information to create behavioral profiles.
• We do not show personalized or interest-based advertisements.
• We disable advertising tracking identifiers, including GAID, and do not collect or transmit them.
• We do not use permitted installation identifiers as substitutes for advertising identifiers or for cross-app behavioral tracking.
• We limit technical and diagnostic processing to lawful, necessary purposes.
Where COPPA permits limited persistent identifiers to be processed without parental consent solely to support internal operations, we restrict that processing to permitted activities, such as maintaining app functionality, diagnostics, contextual advertising, and security. Such information is not used to contact a child, build a behavioral profile, or serve behavioral advertisements.
If an activity requires verifiable parental consent or parental authorization, we obtain it before that activity begins. Otherwise, we do not enable the activity.
Parents and guardians may contact malenemikkelarit@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of their child’s information, or to request that further collection stop, subject to appropriate verification.
If we discover that a child’s information has been collected or used contrary to these requirements, we stop the affected processing and take appropriate steps to delete the information.
9. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries where Google and other relevant providers operate.
Where legally required, international transfers are protected by recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where necessary.
International processing remains subject to the children’s privacy restrictions described in this policy. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
We limit access to information according to operational need and take reasonable steps to assess the protections provided by service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
11. External Links
The App or advertisements may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those services have their own privacy policies.
We apply Google Play Families requirements to advertisements and external interactions presented to children and users of unknown age, including applicable safeguards against inappropriate content and unintended interactions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, our data practices, or legal requirements. We will publish the updated policy and revise the date above.
We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain any legally required consent or parental authorization before implementing the affected processing. Continued use alone does not replace consent required by law.
