TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bead Reveal:Color Puzzle (the “App”), an Android casual puzzle game developed and operated by Farervold (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and distributed through Google Play.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf as described below. If you or your parent or legal guardian do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App does not provide a registration or login system. A Google account used for Google Play purchases is separate from the App and does not constitute an account with Farervold.

1. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience of all ages, including children.
If you are a minor under the laws of your place of residence, including if you are under 13, you may download and use the App only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a minor to use the App, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that permission and agree to supervise the minor’s use, including any purchases.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate parental consent or authorization required by applicable data protection law.
2. Permission to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial entertainment on an Android device you own or are authorized to use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
Your use of Google Play is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the App’s operation.
• Use cheats, exploits, unauthorized tools, or modified software to manipulate gameplay, rewards, advertisements, or purchases.
• Copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove ownership notices or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your device secure and for any internet or mobile data charges incurred while using the App.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
Google Play billing
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable virtual items and non-consumable features such as advertising removal.
All in-app transactions are processed through Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to applicable Google Play payment terms. Prices and purchase details are displayed before you confirm a transaction.
You must be authorized to use the Google account and payment method used for a purchase. Minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases. Parents and guardians should use the purchase verification and parental controls available through Google Play.
Non-consumable purchases
Non-consumable purchases, such as advertising removal, can be restored using the same Google account used for the original purchase, provided Google Play confirms that the purchase remains valid and has not been refunded or revoked.
Restoration does not require an account with Farervold. It requires access to the relevant Google account and may require an internet connection.
Consumable purchases
Consumable items, such as in-game currency, boosters, or other expendable items, are stored locally after delivery. Their remaining balances are not maintained in a Farervold account or synchronized through an account-based cloud service.
Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, losing your device, or changing devices may cause these items to be lost and may make restoration impossible. A Google Play transaction record does not, by itself, restore a locally stored consumable balance.
Virtual items
Virtual items are licensed for use within the App. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred outside the App unless expressly permitted by us or required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. These Terms do not exclude any mandatory refund rights or other consumer remedies.

For purchase or restoration assistance, contact malenemikkelarit@gmail.com and provide the relevant Google Play order reference. Do not send your Google password or full payment card details.
5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The App may display third-party advertisements, including optional advertisements that provide in-game rewards.
Any conditions for receiving an advertising reward will be presented in the App. Advertisement availability may vary, and a reward may depend on successful completion and verification of the advertisement.
Advertisements shown to children and users whose age is unknown are subject to the protections described in our Privacy Policy, including restrictions on personalized advertising and advertising identifiers. Advertising provided to these users must meet applicable Google Play Families requirements.
Third-party websites, products, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying an advertisement or link does not mean we endorse the advertised product or service.

6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, text, logos, and other content, is owned by Farervold or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the permission granted in these Terms or rights provided by law, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected in connection with the App, including the safeguards that apply to children and users whose age is unknown.
The absence of an account system does not mean that the App or its integrated third-party services collect no information.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required under applicable privacy law.
8. Updates and Availability
We may release updates, change features, adjust content, or perform maintenance. Some updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, or continued use.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, operate without interruption, or remain compatible with every Android device or operating system version.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App. Where a change materially affects paid content or services, we will provide any notice and remedy required by applicable law.
9. Game Progress, Local Storage, and Purchase Restoration
The App has no registration or login system. Game progress, preferences, and consumable item balances are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to a Farervold user account.
Uninstalling the App, clearing app data, resetting or losing your device, or changing devices may permanently remove this local information.
Non-consumable purchases, such as advertising removal, support restoration through Google Play using the same Google account used to make the original purchase. Restoration is subject to successful verification of a valid purchase.
Restoring a non-consumable purchase does not restore game progress or consumable items. Consumable balances are stored only locally and may be unrecoverable after local data is lost, even if the original transaction remains visible in your Google Play purchase history.
If a purchase was not delivered correctly or an eligible non-consumable purchase cannot be restored, contact malenemikkelarit@gmail.com with the relevant Google Play order reference.
Nothing in this section limits remedies available for defective content, failed delivery, or other matters covered by applicable consumer law.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may restrict or terminate your permission to use the App where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, or a security threat.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or any mandatory rights relating to purchased content. Provisions intended to continue, including intellectual property and liability provisions, remain effective to the extent applicable.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the App will meet every user’s preferences or requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, required standards of reasonable care and skill, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App or for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, or commercial opportunities.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction and do not override mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our operations, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised Terms and update the date above.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice and obtain agreement where required by law. Where the user is a minor, any required agreement must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these requirements, continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you or your parent or legal guardian do not agree, you should stop using the App.
This does not affect rights concerning previously purchased content under applicable law.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Farervold has its principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent their exclusion is legally permitted.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of habitual residence or any other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
If you have a complaint or dispute, contact malenemikkelarit@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights where such a requirement would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, including courts in your place of residence where you have that right.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law makes available independently of this agreement.
